The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will serve as the official Guest Country of SPIEF-2026, presenting one of the largest national expositions at the Forum.
The Saudi delegation will be headed by the Minister of Energy, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud. It will include the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, the Minister of Transport and Logistics Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, as well as around 200 representatives of key ministries, government agencies, development institutions, and leading Saudi companies.
The centerpiece of Saudi Arabia’s participation will be a 400-square-meter national pavilion that will bring together exhibitions from the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Investment, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the “Made in Saudi Arabia” program, and stands of major Saudi companies, including Saudi Aramco. The exposition will showcase the Kingdom’s socio-economic transformation under the Vision 2030 strategy.
One of the key events of the business programme will be the Russia–Saudi Arabia Business Dialogue, dedicated to the development of investment, industrial, energy, transport and logistics, and agro-industrial cooperation. The event will feature representatives of relevant ministries and organizations from both countries.
Saudi representatives will also speak at thematic sessions of the Forum focused on energy, industry, investment, food security, international trade, and technological development.
Saudi Arabia’s participation as the Guest Country of SPIEF-2026 highlights the high level of bilateral relations and the commitment of both sides to further expand trade, economic, and investment cooperation.
